Teleperformance Egypt objective is to prepare employees to become leaders:
from agents to supervisors, from supervisors to coordinators, and, finally,
from coordinators to managers. The JUMP! program is based on a training
program that offers technical and behavioral training, as well as personal
development plans.


Tasks



  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies


  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
    Requirements




  • Graduated from any major



  • Fluent/Excellent English Speakers


  • Flexible with rotational shifts
