Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Sourcing Category Manager to join our Real Estate
Sourcing Organization. Your role will make Ericsson successful by actively
supporting exciting initiatives in EMEA. This position reports to the Head of
Category Group Real Estate and Facilities Management.

You will
* Together with the Global Category Managers, local Strategic Sourcing Managers, and Real Estate Managers, secure successful negotiations of lease terms and supplier engagements for all Real Estate Rental and Lease Category in EMEA.
* Strengthen Ericsson 's competitive edge by providing constructive, creative input and challenge to regional Real Estate needs and development plans, improving the supplier value proposition and proactively handling business risks.
* Be accountable for evaluating, qualifying, and selecting suppliers, in line with stakeholder's requirements, ensuring mold-breaking value for money.
* Manage the day-to-day procurement activities for the Real Estate Rental and Lease Category, including steering and maintaining broker relationships
* Work closely with Real Estate and finance teams throughout the lifecycle of a real estate deal from site selection to lease agreements' execution.
* Collaborate with Real Estate to validate our real estate strategy including lease terminations, consolidations, expansions, renewals and relocations
* Be a member of the global category group team and contribute to building the best possible category sourcing strategies.

To be successful in the role you must have

Bachelor 's degree in relevant area of study (Business, Real Estate,
Economics, Finance, Procurement) or equivalent experience and evidence of
exceptional ability
* Minimum ‎5 years of transactional real estate procurement, negotiation and contracting across multiple real estate product types. Including leasing/rentals, acquisitions, sub-contracting and dispositions
* Demonstrated advanced negotiation skills
* Strong Communication & Stakeholder management skills
* Understanding of real estate principles and concepts
* Result oriented with a collaborative approach
* Excellent project management skills

We are reasonably flexible on location in Ericsson operated countries across
MMEA(except GCC countries).
