Ericsson is growing! Our Ericsson Egypt Graduate Program will start in
Feb ‎2023 and focuses on technology leadership. Our aim is to attract and
guide the most hardworking, innovative, and creative technology minds.

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager Graduate who has completed
their studies between ‎2021 and ‎2022. You will be responsible for
strengthening Ericsson's competitive position by maximizing supplier value,
proactively managing business risks, and contributing to the creation of value
for the Customer.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supplier
Chain Management/Procurement, Engineering, IT, Telecommunication and/or any
equivalent qualification
* Candidate should not have more than ‎1-year work experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies in Related Area

Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
* Negotiation skills
* Understand customer and market insight
* Good communication and social skills
* Local Legal knowledge in contract terms and other contract matters
* Ability to Understand Service Delivery Process.
* Ability to Understand Change Management.
* Ability to learn Ericsson Portfolio.
* Presentation skills (oral and written).
* Proficiency in Microsoft office

What you will learn

* Operational sourcing activities
* Give administrative support to Strategic Sourcing Managers
* Update and register supplier vendor database
* Support contract handling with contracts/amendment/termination
* Contact suppliers, partners, and internal areas and ultimately be a valuable part of the Ericsson team.
