Job Description:
* Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
* Analyzing & Providing recommended improvement actions for operational KPIs and results
* Providing the necessary information to assist and support implementation of all new project scope
* Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other
* strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
* Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
* Identify table F required metrics based on COPC exhibits for each service type/ client required metrics
* Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
* Filter and "clean" data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance
* Generate reports, business scorecards and results management dashboards on periodical basis to support the decision-making process.
* Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
* Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
* Keep company vision, mission, values and follow all policies and procedures.
* Monitor industry best practices.
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Level of English: Good Level.
* At least 1,5 year of experience relevant field.
* Strong MS Access & MS Excel skills
* Good knowledge of data analytic tools
* Strong presentation skills
* Strong analytical skills to quickly identify patterns to apply solutions to varied problem sets
* Strong problem-solving & ownership
