Job Description



  • Establishes accurate business reporting with diagnoses based on facts.

  • Performs analysis, analyze results, suggest corrective actions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain all ongoing performance metrics, reports and dashboards to drive key business decisions that can be used to drive operational efficiency and measure productivity to
    have a better resource management.

  • Support the strategic direction of the department by leading to help in achieving all KPIs and operational efficiency.

  • Provide on a biweekly basis the corporate collection aging report for collections team

  • Assist in preparation of Annual Budget figures in coordination with Finance and operations heads and monthly tracking of actuals vs budget to manage the OPEX efficiently.

  • Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations.

  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis

  • Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.

  • Recommend changes to existing processes to improve information flow in the company; such improvements suggested maybe an update to recent hardware technology and software application.

  • Support in Any other ad-hoc tasks such as enquiries, and when required by the management.

  • Maintain full compliance of department to AXA standards and reactivity/contribution to all compliance processes

  • Participate in all departmental meetings and support new comers.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned by manager


Skills



  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance

  • ‎0-‎3 Year of Experience

  • ‎1 year in reporting and analysis function

  • Strong presentation & communication skills

  • Ability to accurately create reports

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong analytical skills
