Overview


This role works on two main streams: TR and Payroll activities:
* Payroll:
* Acts as the focal point between HR Department and payroll finance team to consolidate and validate all pay components to be paid during the monthly pay cycle.
* Acts as the SPOC with the payroll vendor to ensure all pay components and pay-related transactions are captured and reflected correctly in the monthly pay cycle.
* TR:
* Apply all TR policies regarding allowances calculation.
* Handle medical insurance and life insurance payment invoices starting from reconciliation of beneficiaries and till payment process takes place.
* Calculate and Issue Financial LOUs to new hires, promotions and transfers following TR policy and guidelines.


Responsibilities


‎1. Payroll Activities:
* Manage the monthly payroll cycle E2E for Saudi and UAE BUs.
* Act as HR focal point of contact in all HR related payroll (Fixed/ Variable) inputs ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of HR input into the HR system and to the payroll unit enabling the timely interface of payroll data into the payroll system.
* Develop and maintain Payroll input consolidation and validation tools and processes.
* Work with HROPs team, Payroll unit and relevant stakeholders in streamlining and/or automating HR fixed and variable payroll inputs consolidation, validation & submission processes.
* Review monthly payroll input with the Finance control team and payroll external vendor ensuring accurate payment.
* Act as the key contact regarding all payroll audits, provide relevant information and support documents to internal and external auditors.
* Consolidate and validate changes report received from HRA and relevant HR departments and submit to the payroll team as per the agreed reports and SLAs
* Reconcile all monthly offline payments and validate ‎100 % of all monthly offline payroll inputs and submit to the payroll unit as per the agreed SLAs.
* Review all payroll inquiries received from employees and SSFL and ensure timeliness and accuracy replies are delivered.
* Ensure all End of service cases are calculated following Saudi/UAE labor laws and submitted timely for concerned teams to grant the required approvals.
‎2. TR Activities:
* Calculate all TR related allowances following TR policies (housing, schooling & relocation allowances) and ensure it is submitted timely to be captured in the monthly payroll cycle.
* Calculate LOUs following requests received from HR team following TR policy and guidelines, then grant TR lead approval.
* Apply calculations for ERC report pay items and consolidate all the calculations to be shared with ME TR lead on monthly basis following the agreed SLA.
* Manage the medical insurance and life insurance invoicing payments are reviewed, data is reconciled and submitted for payment to finance team accurately and timely meeting the payment SLA with service providers.
* Initiate benefits' form based on EE request submitted and review the supporting documents required to be added/removed from the employees' payment cycle timely.
* Reconcile company cars & car allowance with the fleet team to validate the requests regularly and ensure no wrong/missed payments are taking place.
* Consolidate all ERC related variables (healthy living allowance, sales commission, incentives, expenses, penalties, awards, leave vacations and EOS) from concerned teams to initiate ERC report on monthly basis for both Saudi and UAE.

* Min ‎3 Year of experience in payroll
* HR or Finance background
* Good English language skills
* Technical / Functional Skills & Knowledge of HR Tools and Interfaces.
