Job Description
* Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, must have excellent background in de-assembling/repairing laptops
* Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or via remote access.
* Diagnose issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
* Create accounts (Active directory) and deploy OS on laptops.
* Making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
* Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
* Prepare reports for the IT Manager.
* Administrating Antivirus server/client.
* Have a good knowledge on domain environment
Job Requirements
* The Systems Engineer will have a bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of System Engineering experience
* Excellent English language is written and spoken.
* Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
* MCSA is an advantage.
* Understand service management and work with the ticking systems
* Deep Knowledge in Domain Environment
