o ensurethe completion of required projects on time,

To ensurecompliance with allpolicies& standards including:vendorselection
&approval,competitive bid process,preparingcontracts,projectapprovals.
Tooversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company's
facilities.
To ensure company facilitiespreserving the good condition of
infrastructure,are well-functioningand adequate to supportcompany's business
operations,fulfillingallEHS (Environmental Health &safety)measures.
Developmaintenance procedures and ensuringproperimplementation.
Carryout inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Checkselectrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
Managesrelationships with contractors and service providers.
Ensuresthatmaintenance logs and reportsare kepton daily activities.
Inspectsbuildings' structures to determine the need for repairs orrenovations.
Managesconstructionprojectstoensuretimescales,specifications,qualityand
costsareachievedwithinapprovedparameters.
Plansandestablishestheoverallobjectives,financials,andscopeofworksand
mastertimelinesformajorprojects.
10.PreparesbudgetsandtimelinestofacilitatetheapprovalofCapitalExpenditureProposals.
11.Establishesappropriateprocurementroutesfordesignandconstructionworks.
12.PreparesRequestsforProposals-
RFP's-onmajorprojects,vetsbidsandmakesrecommendationsinlinewithcorporateprocedures.
13.Advisesonappropriateformsofcontractforvaryingprojecttypes.
14.Advisesandassistscompanyteamsonallaspectsofconstructionprojectmanagement.
15.Inspectsandevaluatesprospectivesites/buildingsaspartofduediligenceexercises.
16.Reviewmarket/approaching brokersfor drivingthe site search
processforCorporatefuture branches, locationanalysisandcoordinating
withlegaldep.Forcheckinglegalities.
17.Verifiesthe sitesforitsabilitytobefittedoutwithbusiness&branchrequirements.
18.Preparesannual budgets for allproject'scapital worksand expenses;
monitoringexpenditure against plan and preparingvarianceanalysisreports.
19.ReviewsSpace&occupancyandfindthemostefficientsolutionsfortheincreaseinoccupancytomeetbusinessrequirements
20.PreparesCEP's (Capital Expenditure Proposals)for future projects
andcoordinatingwiththe business gathered of
businessperformancedatatobeincludedintheapprovaldocuments,to
besentout&trackedtomanagement.
21.Reviewsthemarketforlocatingqualifiedarchitectswhocanfurnishdesignandsupervisionservices.
22.Developsof schematicdesignto meet with the line of business and
