Customer Solutions Engineering Manager

We are now looking for a Customer Solutions Engineering Manager (CSE Manager)
based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will provide advice and training on
all KONE solutions, to support our business lines and the customer to design
and integrate solutions for customer projects in all phases of building life
cycle and provide analysis feedback from the operational teams to consider
corrective action inputs to solution planning and specifications. As the CSE
Manager you are also an expert in KONE people flow planning tools, advanced
people flow solutions while ensuring the selected technologies are fit for
purpose.

What will you do?
* Support the local sales team in evaluating customer Request for Proposal, generating effective leads, networking, and engagement with Strategic Accounts/Customers.
* Directly engage with Vertical Transportation Consultants, Security Consultants, Architects and Marketing Campaigns to analyze and understand customer needs.
* Lead consultative sales aiming to get KONE favorable solutions in to project specification of customer.
* Support the local sales team in tracking opportunities in CRM and in reviewing the desirability of the project (customer, solution, schedule, capability), help determine the sales strategy for success, and participate in the GO/NO-GO decision making process.
* Coordinate the customer specification review, access control requirements, traffic analysis generation, Building Integration Modelling (BIM) requirements, Design-Assist deliverables and engage the necessary KONE specialists.
* Co-ordinate risk assessment of the opportunity with the project stakeholders.
* Optimize people flow with value added solutions for customer project.
* Support the local sales team with initial material cost estimates, labor estimates, maintenance proposal and creation of the customer proposal package.
* Coordinate and engage Engineering & Supply and Sourcing colleagues to complete the material estimate.
* Act as a Global Liaison for highly technical projects that require additional solution development.
* Support the customer follow-up and respond to additional information requests.
* Engage directly with customer presentations and meetings with KONE teammates to differentiate KONE.
* Act as an integral member of the Start-up Meeting (SUM)
Are you the one?
* ‎10+ years of experience in the elevators & escalators industry in a relevant role
* Holistic knowledge of products and product technologies related to people flow planning
* AutoCAD knowledge is a must
* Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
* Exceptional problem solving & collaboration skills
* Ability to engage with customers and analyze their needs
* Ability to demonstrate a high level of effective communication skills and a can do attitude
