Main Responsibilities:
* Orient and facilitate in-house Assessment and development centers exercises to different assessments takers
* Update company talent pool with identified potential successors
* Generate and Report all in-house Assessment /development centers results to all concerned stakeholders
* Manage internal/External Assessments logistics
* Participate in career progression planning for 1st line employees and supporting functions
Main Requirements:
* Assessment Center/HR background
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent
* ‎2 - ‎3 years of work experience in contact center field.
* Attention to details, creativity and quality orientation
* Very good presentation skills
* MS Office & Google suite proficiency
* Maintains confidentiality and privacy of different assessments different stakeholders
* Professional communication skills
* Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
