Job Description
* Providing excellent customer support experience and helping customers achieve their
* desired goals.
* 2. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve
* customers' issues.

Job Requirements
* 1. Prior Experience in Tech Support, Desktop Support, or a Similar Role.

* 4. Ability To Diagnose And Troubleshoot Basic Technical Issues.
* 5. Ability to Provide Step-By-Step Technical Help, Both Written And Verbal.
