Customer Success Representative (Entry-level)

Job Information:

Taking full and broad responsibility for the relationship system with the
company 's existing customers, which includes, among other things, _
_on-boarding, assimilation of the system at the customer,
training on the system, encouraging the use of the system 's features,
lowering the percentage of abandonment, _
_maintaining a high level of service and responding to all customer needs.

Job Experience:

• To be a direct contact of the company 's customers for any need they may have


• Complete training of the system for new customers


• Construction of new profiles


• Proactive approach to existing customers in order to encourage them to use the features of the platform


• Implementation of new features for existing customers


• Basic technical support of the system
