* Receive, log-in, file all project related documents as per project requirements using appropriate software as required Establish document control procedures as may be required
* General Administration Draft/type letters, correspondences etc as required by project requirements

* Enter purchase requisitions, employee related forms etc in the system as applicable
* Enter time allocation of Employees in JDE
Reports
* Tracking of project documents-design, generate reports related to document administration as required.

A. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline
Highly proficient in using MS Office package (MS Excel, Word, Power Point)
B. Minimum Experience:
10 years of document control experience in a Project Management environment
Previous experience with Project Management Consultants, EPC Contractors in
document controller role in midlarge sized projects essential
C. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
Proficient in English. (Spoken & Written)
Minimum typing speed of 30wpm Presentation & Reporting skills
