Risk Profile, Local regulations, and ensure the identification and control of
risks in the operation as well as the administration of guards and security

Key responsibilities:
Assists in the development and implementation of the HSSE Framework and
programs, implementing policies, procedures, and systems to provide safe
facility operation.
* Maintains up-to-date information and knowledge about new developments in the area of health, safety and environmental standards and loss prevention measures.
* Implementation of emergency response plans.
* Reports all HSSE incidents and develop incident root cause analysis and risk assessment with staff and outside agencies.
* Coordination of Safety training plans for staff, safety inductions for new joiners, contractors, etc.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement process and the fulfillment of commercial objectives. This includes providing suggestions and information for changes and improvements to all policies and procedures (mentioned in this section or otherwise).
* Provides advice to department heads on security-related issues.
* Assesses potential risks to personnel or the port and advises the manager.
* Develop and implement safety/Health promotion and prevention activities aimed at building a safety culture (including contractors).
* Development of Risk Analysis on projects, process, activities, facilities and equipment in the operation to contribute to risk minimization.
* Stop any process, activity or situation that puts the integrity of people, facilities, assets and liabilities at the terminal at risk.
* Coordinate actions related to BCM, civil protection plans, brigades, training, drills and emergency response for the site
* Respond and coordinate assistance in emergency situations that affect operations: accidents, fires, spills, earthquakes, robberies, etc.
* Coordination of security services vendors
* Environmental responsibility (Carry out the environmental analysis with the HSE team)
* Implement environmental policies and practices.
* Devise strategies to meet goals and encourage best practices.
* Guarantee compliance with environmental legislation.
We are looking for:
In this role you ought to be passionate about implementing and ensuring a
culture of safety/security. Implementing established HSSE programs. For you,
proactivity in the identification and control of risks in the operations
.Maintain adequate communication throughout the local organization to ensure
involvement in security controls. Maintain appropriate behaviors so that the
position is considered a contributor to the operation and the business.
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
* Safety and health at work processes
* Managing Mixed Commissions, Civil Protection and Emergency Brigades.
* Experience in handling and attending to Industrial Safety Audits.
* Experience in employees training and monitoring.
* Preparation of reports and development of regulations
* Experience in attention to inspections on General Work Conditions, Safety and Hygiene and Training.
* Administration and control of security services, Security guards, CCTV, Alarms, Fire protection Equipment.
* Understanding protocols for emergency care.
* Fluency in English
