Job Description & Summary
Who we're looking for:
The Middle East Talent Acquisition CoE is a diverse team across the region and
we are looking for high performing individuals who drive quality and
excellence in everything they do.
The Talent Sourcing Lead will drive the design, implementation and future
success of PwC's first Talent Hub in the ME region. You will also lead on the
development of sourcing strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition
Leads and be responsible for providing qualified candidates by developing and
implementing strategic sourcing initiatives, including targeted candidate
sourcing initiatives, and by leveraging social networking and other
recruitment tools. You will provide a high class standard of client service
and recruitment advice utilising talent insights and tailoring the best
approach and solution to the business requirements.
Responsibilities :
* Design and implementation of Talent Hub.
* Manage a team of "Talent Hunters" in proactively delivering exceptional talent by utilising multiple sourcing channels & methods, including market intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organisations, social media, branding initiatives, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives.
* Build trusted relationships with senior TA Leads and business stakeholders through transparent, informed communication and meaningful external talent market data.
* Cultivate relationships, keeping an eye out for strong potential candidates, staying in touch with potential candidates over an extended period of time.
* Conduct market research to understand where external diverse talent pools exist and work collaboratively with TA Leads. This includes identifying how to tap into pools of talent (ex. Professional organisations, schools and universities).
* Demonstrate proactive and effective sourcing techniques, including social media, referrals, and professional networking opportunities
* Develop TA strategies focused on attracting diverse candidates, diversifying talent pools and improving diversity
* Motivate and develop "Talent Hunters" to achieve and exceed KPI's through ongoing and detailed performance coaching
* You will be seen as a trusted advisor, providing bespoke solutions to reduce costs, improve compliance, safeguard against risk and streamline processes
Skills and experience:
* A minimum of 8 years of Talent Acquisition or related experience, including experience in a talent sourcing capability
* Experience leading and developing a team with a strong focus on team engagement and individual performance preferred
* Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
* Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills
* Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems and applications particularly Workday/Success Factors would be preferred
* Results oriented with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Creative flair and the ability to provide innovative and realistic solutions
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience using recruiting and sourcing platforms
