Your tasks and responsibilities
* Execute all service activities assigned, in an adequate and appropriate manner for all
* conventional X-ray and Angiography Systems.
* All service activities include installation, start up, preventive maintenance, repair and system
* modifications and updates on demand.
* Communicating and accept all operative procedures that support service process and ensure
* optimal performance in all activities within the area of responsibility.
* Maintain highest customer satisfaction within the framework of Siemens Healthineers, Customer
* Service.
Your qualifications and experience
* A graduate from Faculty of Engineering, Bio-Medical Engineering Department or equivalent
* An excellent Communication and customer interaction skills.
* Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
* Very good proficiency of English language (Spoken - Written)
* Previous experience in the same role from ‎1 - ‎4 years
* Previous experience in dealing with (XP-AT) System is a must
