Job Location:
Cairo, Egypt
Job Duties:
* Interacting with clients to solve their issues and checking existing problems.
* Collaborate with our partners service team to solve customer problems.
* Installing new equipment, systems and software.
* Keeping track of purchased equipment.
* Willingness and ability to travel 50%within the assigned region.
* Working to tight deadlines and in response to breakdown emergencies is sometimes required.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent English language and Microsoft office skills
* Up to 3 years' experience in installing and servicing laboratory or analytical equipment preferably with X-ray and or environmental monitoring solutions.
* Relevant degree in electronic engineering.
