Job Description
* Supporting the local HR in payroll inputs.
* Updating regularly HR Data Excel sheet.
* Auditing the personnel files and making sure the files are compliant as per labor law.
* Handling and supporting the HRBP with Leave management.
* Sending quarterly vacation balance to managers of their team.
* Preparing and having signed all administrative documents (Employment letter, certificates, salary letters, contracts, clearance forms)
* Handling the medical insurance addition and deletion as per policy.
* Following up social insurance forms and registrations and deregistration with the service provider.
* Starting and sending exit process to concerned responsible.
* Supporting the HRBP with the local induction program.
* Preparing and publishing job announcements on Talent Hub, LinkedIn, RBEG ALL
* Supporting in Recruitment Sourcing and scheduling interviews.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
* Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration or a similar degree.
EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position
SKILLS
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High proficiency in English and Arabic.
* Adequate knowledge in Microsoft Excel/word/PowerPoint.
* High attention to details
* Eagerness to learn.
