Mission


Atlas Copco Equipment Egypt is seeking a dynamic proactive and competent
Business Line Manager for the CTS Division. This candidate will lead the
customer service operations in accordance with the highest Atlas Copco
Standards, while always striving to understand and meet the needs and
expectations of the customer. Furthermore, the holder of this position will
manage a customer-centric organization with the aim to deliver superior
service that wins the hearts and mind of our customer.


Duties
*
Develop the regional CTS business of Egypt, Levant, and Sudan with the clear
goal to expand significantly in all territories.
* Manage the CTS department to achieve profitable growth in line with company targets.
* Ensure that our customers are over-satisfied with our service, constantly follow up on our NPS score and obtain customer and employee feedback to improve out level of service.
* Maintain a continuous training and staff development program to ensure that our service technicians and engineers are capable of servicing all our CT products, our sales engineers are capable to sell all our aftermarket products and services, and our technical and marketing support team maintain the highest level of knowledge and competence
* Ensure that the service team is tested and classified according to their knowledge, skills, and experience.
* Equip the team with the necessary tools to perform their job efficiently and in a professional manner
* Establish goals for spare parts sales and service-related products, and continually follow up on the result per region, to meet yearly targets
* Focus on promoting, handling professionally, and growing the service contract business
* Control costs and maximize profit levels
* Strengthen customer & distributers relations by making routine visits to resolve issues, advice on service standards, sell service plan/products, including training, as required.
* Oversea the daily operations of the team, providing leadership, guidance, support, and motivation
* Oversee and improve the efficiency of daily administrative routines
* Work closely with the logistics team to ensure that all routine maintenance and emergency parts are available to all our customers.
* Maintain a safe working environment, while enforcing safety procedures and compliance to Atlas Copco standards and policies.
* Arrange safety training for service technicians as mandated by regulatory agencies and customers. Maintain documentation/certification records relevant to this training

Experience Requirements

‎10-‎15 years of experience in a similar position where leading and managing
complex teams is a daily routine.


Knowledge
* Computer Skills, using Microsoft office competently
* Fluency in English language
* Fluency in Arabic language


Educational Requirement
Engineering degree, Mechanical or Electrical

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to interact effectively with all levels in the organization.
