Responsibilities:
Verify and validate Temporary Operation Test Procedures and documentation, in
accordance to EHS and Alstom plan/procedures.

Implement the Work Approval processes, methods and tools corresponding to his
activities

Plan and coordinate the site access for test purposes, for overall T &C; team
according to system and sub-systems T&C; plans,

Coordinate the necessary protections and Safety Measures in order to carry out
systems/sub-system tests.

Lead, develop and motivate personnel assigned to TO team.

Maintain and develop level of expertise within TO team.
To ensure the persons involved in the Temporary Operations are duly trained on
the rules and have a sufficient knowledge of their duties.

Support with TO team overall system/sub-system T&C; activities

Temporary Operation organization operations within the Project Consortium.
Define the specific protection measures associated with each step of the
extension of the area which will be handed over for the T&C; operations;
report these protection measures to the parties to make sure all of them will
be duly informed.
Make sure all Incident and Accident will be covered by a proper Report;
investigate to identify the cause (improper application of the rules, lack of
rules or engineering issue) to implement recovery action, in case of lack of
rule coverage, shall make sure proper additional rule will be issued.
Perform frequent visits on site with support of EHS team, in order to assess
the risks resulting from the incomplete works and the on-going installation
activities.
Report formally to Project Management/OPC Managers/T&C; Manager, on a Weekly
Basis (Risk Assessment Presentation).
Approve Temporary Operation Notices, issued for specific activities which need
to be coordinated tightly between several parties.
Scheduling of personnel shifts

Educational Requirements

University Degree in Engineering
Minimum ‎15 years’ experience in Metro or Railway Operator management position

Desired Knowledge / Experience

Relevant experience in the railway/metro operation.
Broad Knowledge of the railway/metro projects environment not limited to green
filed project experience
Broad knowledge of the subsystems/products to be tested and commissioned.
At least ‎8 working years of experience in the field of temporary operation
with a management role.
Fluent in English.
