Performance Measurement
* K1 & K2 Management during PI Phase
* Availability & Reliability Growth during Warranty Phase
* Correlation between Reliability Growth and PI/Warranty Expenses
* Consistency of K1 and K2 with respect to RG for key projects
* Return of Experience of PI phase with respect to critical projects
* Global governance of PI processes and procedures and assessments
* DFQ Cycle with respect to PI/Warranty
Responsibilities
* Drive development and assessment of optimized standard PI governance and processes from Tenders to Project execution
* Develop Reliability Growth (RG) governance and processes in association with RAMS, PI and Quality
* Develop and deploy appropriate KPIs for correlation between PI costs and RG target achievement
* Develop and ensure deployment of DFQ cycle for PI
* Animate the PI Manager network and PI community with respect to Reliability Growth and Kx Management
* Support ramp-up of PI on specific projects or PI organizations (if requested)
* Support PI managers (PrWM) for management of critical K1 & K2
* Support escalation process in case of Quality alerts with respect to warranty
* Ensure consistency between Top Reliability Growth issues and existing K1, K2 and K3 on critical projects
* Ensure follow-up of PI expenses on critical projects and support analysis of important PI cost anomalies by PI Manager
* Ensure Return of Experience of PI phase for critical projects by PI Manager (PrWM)
* Support optimization of Return of Experience from warranty phase towards Engineering by Development Quality
