About the role
The role holder is responsible for assisting the Project Manager with
monitoring the progress of various existing and on-going projects for the
relevant Business Unit/Department, ensuring that they are completed as per
desired quality and within desired timelines.
Core Responsibilities:
* Assist Project Manager to manage contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers at site and ensure work performance standard.
* Assist Project Manager to analyze, trace projects cost and payments and prepare time schedule and quality standard.
* Report on project status and work closely with LL and Operations and all parties to ensure project handover.
Educational Qualification
* Bachelor 's degree in Engineering
Experience:
* A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in retail fit out management and site coordination works.
Skills:
* Problem solving skills

* Planning and organizing
* Negotiation and persuasion
