Internal Communication
* Participate in the implementation of the internal communication strategy/culture to communicate clear objectives / ambitions and educate AXA Egypt employees to AXA Values
* Develop the content of the internal news (Written and visual content)
* Support the launch of internal campaign / event
External Communication
* Participate in the planning and organization of key events
* Develop good relations with journalists - prepare the interviews and support for the follow up
* Organization of press conferences
* Coordination of all media interactions, requests and PR activities, with the support of the PR agency
* All other forms of external communication (brochures and all printed materials)
Corporate Responsibility
* Contributes to the implementation of the action plan of the CR strategy with focus on community development initiatives including;
* Responsible for planning and coordination for all CSR activities on ground and engagement plans for staff
* Liaises with external organization and internal stakeholders for the action plan implementation;
* Coordinates with Emerging Customer Unit for required reporting to the CSR strategy;
* Develops ideas and implementation plan for innovative community development activities in coordination with CSR arms of national and international organizations; and
* Reports on the different activities as requested by management.
