You are responsible for
Drive capabilities with indirect channel in Africa to deliver better customer
experience by design

Define, implement, and train Partners and/or Market on Service delivery
processes and tools
Monitor and improve process performance with focus on regulatory and end
customer satisfaction
Participate to the selection, onboarding and evaluation of Service Partners,
create action plan to develop their capabilities
Be the voice of Partner with Philips stakeholders, act as SME on projects
related to the indirect business & service
Support the commercial & marketing teams for the creation of business plan
with Partners. Enable commercial success with strong Service delivery
performance

To succeed in this role, you 'll need a customer-first attitude and the

BSc/MSc with > ‎5 years of experience in services and solutions domain
* Experience in driving customer satisfaction within healthcare industry +‎5 years
* Experience in managing biomedical department, or any relevant hospital experience
* Proven track record in change management
* Experience in Operations Management
* Fluent in English and Arabic, verbal and written
