Partner with the best

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the
Upstream Chemicals Product Line. The Service Delivery Manager will be the
primary resource on all issues related to execution (cost/budget, well-site
execution, resource allocation, inventory, employee management, HSE, etc.)
concerning the product line.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and
our cultural pillars.
* Managing the Chemicals operations and have the enough Upstream experience in KSA.
* Handling employee management and development, inventory management, sales, engineering, maintenance, operations, service, HSE, quality, training, planning and budget management.
* Ensuring execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity.
* Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation.
* Executing the P &L growth strategy to meet the organization growth plan.
* Acting frequently as a project leader in projects involving the business and other functions.
* Collaborating with sales and communications teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).
* Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed.
* Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor's degree from a relate discipline.
* Have ‎5 years ' experience in managing P&L in similar roles, and Saudi market.
* Have minimum of ‎10 years' experience in Production Chemistry.
* Have Experience or in-depth knowledge of oilfield.
* Have a great oral and written communication skills.
* Be able to demonstrate dynamic communication and leadership skills.
* Prove ability to analyze and resolve problems.
* Have a thorough understanding of Chemicals in an operational area or district.
