Job Description


Index InfoTech is a leading business transformation and ERP consulting
company, headquartered in Dubai, UAE and offices across the globe. We
implement the world's 5th largest ERP - Epicor and build niche enterprise
tech-products for our customers helping them leverage SaaS and on-premises
technologies for their business growth. As a business development executive
you are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by
convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. Collaborating with
management on sales goals, building strategies for increasing the sales of the
company and creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

* Generate new businesses and raise awareness about company products or services.
* Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
* Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
* Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
* Generate leads and outbound call prospective customers
* Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
* Planning and preparing presentations
* Providing management with feedback
* Managing and building the sales pipeline and meeting targets Monthly/Quarterly and Annually.
* Prior experience in B2B or B2C International outbound calling
* Must have experience in ERP implementation companies
* Must have hands-on Customer Relationship Building like maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
* Assuring client satisfaction by proper account management, meeting, exceeding delivery and service quality norms.

Requirements**
* Proven experience as a BDE/ Inside Sales executive or in a related industry job.
* Experience in the international market to work for North America/Middle East/UK/Australia
* Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are required.
* Should have minimum knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
* Should be successful in convincing others.
* In-depth knowledge of marketing and negotiating strategies.
* Have a strong desire to sell and earn incentives.
* Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
* Be confident in producing and delivering appealing presentations that meet the needs of the customer
