Job Purpose
Responsible for developing and delivering the annual training plan to ensure
that employees are well developed along with meeting the necessary business
needs. Act as CIS champion and deliver the full CIS agenda across the country.


Principal Accountabilities
* Deliver training calendar in line with local and corporate strategy to meet individual and team learning / development requirements
* Create and update the training database
* Act as FFW/FFL champion for all Health & Well-being programs
* Prepare training reports that facilitate proper evaluation of training effectiveness and efficiency
* Run TNA to develop the site's annual training plan
* Manage induction programs to orient new employees with DHL's business, policies and culture.
* Act as EOS champion
* Administer DHL's yearly surveys (EOS / GPTW)
* Support functions with the necessary analysis after the surveys' results
* Responsible for DHL's portals: EOS / MyTW / HRQS / Smart Connect / QAS
* Mastering the creation of quizzes for engagement activities
* Manage the Performance appraisal cycle along with the necessary LEADS
* Act as CIS Champion
* Ensure completion of ‎100% of all mandatory training programs, CIS programs & other training programs to address developmental needs with the set timelines
* Organize & deliver all CIS foundation sessions to new commers
* Administer functional CIS programs
* Build & monitor the CIS annual budget
* Manage monthly / yearly recognition programs (EOM / EOQ / EOY / Energizer)
* Act as Smart Connect Champion and manage Egypt's Smart Connect app.
‎2.NATURE AND SCOPE
a) Context
The jobholder is responsible for identifying training needs and developing and
implementing programmes across functions, which meet the identified strategic
needs, and strategic direction of the organization. The job holder acts as
Champion for several engaging matters as (CIS / EOS / FFW/FFL / Smart Connect)
b) Reporting Relationships
This role reports to the HR Director.

Training Suppliers
General Suppliers
d) Problem Solving
The jobholder will be required to investigate performance issues and training
needs identified to resolve what is and what isn't a training issue. They will
also need to develop innovative programmes, which are cost effective.
e) Decision Making
Decision making will involve areas like:
The most appropriate training solution to an issue
The most cost-effective way to resolve a training problem
Aappropriate vendors to use
f) Planning and Organisation
This role does require planning up to one year in advance in relation to the
budget and training calendar. Detailed planning will usually be done
quarterly. The nature of training means that deadlines are often unbreakable
so planning and organising is important.
g) Job Challenge
Identifying and implementing training programs to ensure a world class culture
is developed and nurtured.
Manage the expectations of line managers versus the limitations of the budget.


‎3.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience
* Training delivery exp. is a must
* ‎5 - 7years in training field
* Project Management is needed
* Engagement initiativs
Competencies
* Passion for public speaking and training/developing others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and interact with individuals at all levels
* Excellent planning / organizing skills and managing multiple projects
* Excellent MS Office skills; particularly in power point and designing presentations
* Creative skills are a must
* Cross functional & multitasking skills
