Job Description
We are looking for a senior leader that enjoys problem-solving, diving deep
into customer experience analytics, and constantly seeking new ways to improve
productivity. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a long-term
strategy for improvements, building infrastructure to support fast business
growth, and developing the processes and tools to evaluate and manage
operations. You should have a high level of comfort with ambiguity, a deeply
analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges, and can
effectively influence across the organization.
You should possess a thorough knowledge of various company processes, be
competent, and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities.
Own an outstanding ownership mentality as you will need to manage multiple
projects at once, and provide direction for complex projects
Responsibilities Include
* Perform evaluation of the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements, on a regular basis
* Work together with executives and top managers to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
* Monitor daily business activities to ensure smooth progress
* Supervise the work of different departments and provide constructive feedback
* Perform evaluation of overall company's performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics
* Explore financial information and optimize operational budgets
* Review and update policies and promote their implementation
* Organize relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors
* Verify the compliance of the company's operations to legal regulations and inner policies
Head Of Operations Requirements Are
* 10+ years experience of working as an Operations Manager or other relevant position
* Solid experience in diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, etc.)
* Retail/e-commerce Experience is preferable
* Good practical knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
* Working experience with MS Office and various business software including ERP and CRM solutions
* Strong organizational and leadership abilities
* Strong communication and people skills
* Good knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
* BSc or BA degree in business administration or other relevant areas; MSc or MA degree will be a bonus
