Job Summary:
As Data Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for Overseeing the design and
delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key
operations and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
* Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that help key business decisions
* Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables
* Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing and product teams
* Solve complex business problems with data and use data scientific tools to find solutions for challenges
* Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in technical major
* Experience in Python, PostgreSQL, Big Query and Tableau
* 4+ years of experience in a similar role
* Experience in managing a team
