Description & Requirements


Position Summary



  • Ensure delivery of sales revenue target for the assigned channel/accounts.

  • Develop and implement plans for base volume growth- range-selling- demand creation- consumption-building initiatives- and market share growth.

  • Ensure the distributor achieves customer service levels by supervising delivery service levels to key accounts and providing the distributor insights on forecasts.


Position Key Responsibilities


Business Development:
a. Achieve weighted and numeric distribution targets
b. Identify sales opportunities & initiates demand creation activities
c. Develop strategies and action plans to grow the company's market share
d. Accelerate growth in covered accounts by developing solutions through:
* Build Demand for our products by Menu Innovation via Ideation
* Provide customers with industry trends and marketing insights.


Channel Management


a. Develop a multifaceted market survey identifying customer profiles-
requirements- and product consumption.
b. Analyze channel sales data regarding market share- census growth- top
customers- and opportunities.
c. Develop the skills of distributor sales representatives


Account Management


a. Maintain call frequency to all identified customers
b. Review accounts ' weekly sales revenue to check base and new product sales
c. Develop relationships with key customers from top management to functional
heads
d. Maintain Call Record Card- Sales Pipeline Report- Customer Information
Sheet & Market Survey
e. Accurate and timely reporting of market survey- trends- competitive
activities.


Reporting


a. Timely submission of coverage plans weekly and monthly reports
b. Accurate and timely reporting of market surveys- trends- and competitive
activities
c. Use distributor sales representative mentor tool forms.


Qualifications



  • Education: University Graduate with a Business Degree. Preferably in Business Management.

  • Work Experience: ‎4-‎6 years in a Sales/Business Development role

  • Technical Skills: Proficient with sales background and a good understanding of Basic Call Procedure and Solution Selling; good analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Office. Knowledgeable in food service backroom operations.
