Job Summary:
The People Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing all human
capital related aspects of the delivery layer in Managed Services. This
role involves developing and leading the people strategy covering talent
attraction, training and development, performance management, and
wellbeing to ensure that teams are empowered, motivated, and
equipped to deliver exceptional service to clients
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Accountable for all people-related aspects of Managed Services

* Develops and implements a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives of
* Managed Services and aligns with PwC 's broader strategy
* Identifies and addresses talent gaps, succession planning, and leadership development needs to build a strong and agile workforce
* Fosters a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellbeing
* Implements employee recognition programs and initiatives to celebrate and reward exceptional performance
* Collaborates with recruitment teams to attract and hire top talent for various roles within Managed Services
* Develops retention strategies to ensure the long-term commitment of key employees
* Oversees the performance management process, providing guidance to key stakeholders on setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and delivering feedback to employees
* Drives learning and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of Managed Services employees
* Identifies training needs and coordinates with Learning and Development teams to deliver relevant programs
* Acts as a point of contact for employee relations matters and addresses conflicts and concerns in a fair and timely manner
* Advocates for employee rights and ensure adherence to PwC policies and procedures
* Utilizes workforce analytics to gain insights into HR trends, employee engagement, and workforce planning
* Generates and presents HR-related reports to senior management and stakeholders
