  • ‎3+ years of sales or account management experience

  • Experience with Excel

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • Experience deep diving on selling partner-level issues and delivering recommendations

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required

    world's leaders in e-commerce, is looking for an Account Manager (business-
    development professional) to join its Third-Party Marketplace team based in
    Cairo, Egypt.


Working in a dynamic business development environment, your role will be
focused on contributing to new business acquisition through lead generation,
phone/email-based business evaluation, and supporting the business launch of
new sellers – as they make their wide range of products available to millions
of Amazon/Souq customers. You also need to possess strong relationship-
building skills and be able to explore win-win opportunities with partners –
helping them grow their business on Amazon. In addition, you will be
responsible for incorporating feedback from the sellers into new opportunities
to improve Amazon’s products, services, processes, systems, and tools for all
3rd party sellers, working with cross-functional teams.


To be successful in this role, you must have superior analytical,
communication, and presentation skills. Operating in a fast-moving and
sometimes ambiguous environment, working autonomously and taking full control
& responsibility for achieving business objectives.


Key job responsibilities
* Responsible for acquiring, on-boarding and managing sellers
* Work backwards from our customer to ensure we have what they need live on our website
* Educate sellers on their journey inside Amazon
* Directly manages a team of external resources to acquire sellers
* Analyzes, understand and action key category data points
A day in the life
Working closely with category team to understand the mechanism of which they
operate with. Identifying and capturing opportunities through leveraging data
points on a daily basis.


About the team
EG Hubs project is design to enable sellers to grow on Amazon. Offering the
educational and logistical support for them on a daily basis. This team is
passionate to drive results, customer obsessed and always insists on high
standards.

locations:


Cairo, EGY



  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts

  • Knowledge of e-commerce and the book industry
