You are responsible for
* Control of the posting of a bank statement in accordance with the purpose of payment agreed with the client, preparation of payment specifications
* Control over the placement of orders in the SAP system, timely correction of credentials
* Control of received advance payments from customers, analysis of upcoming shipments based on received payments
* Calculation of the exchange rate, preparation of data for the release of shipping documentation, communication with the client regarding the coordination of accounting data for the upcoming shipment
* Communication with clients by e-mail/phone, as well as customer site visits
You are a part of

skills, backgrounds, functions and challenges.
To succeed in this role, you 'll need
* Be studying towards Bachelor's/Master's programm in accounting and auditing, finance and credit, taxation or relevant
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel (basic analytical formulas, experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
* Experience with SAP would be an asset
* Fluency in both English and Arabic
* Ability to work in a team and developed communication skills
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Able to work at least ‎30 hours per week (both in the office and visiting customer site)
