Overview of the role
Responsible for managing all aspects of the Cairo Festival City Mall brand,
communications, and PR. The role includes marketing, advertising, and
promotional activities for the mall property annually. Takes steps to measure,
enhance and enrich the mall customer experience through various goals and
objectives.

Brand
Creative
* Managing the relationship with all creative agencies and ensuring briefs are in line with the Brand manifesto.
Brand Guidelines
* Ensure brand guidelines are implemented on all touchpoints.
Website Content
* Overseeing all content and imagery with a creative agency.
* Process management for website completion and delivery together with Digital Manager.
Communication
Media
* Manage relationships with media agencies.
* Develop and maintain media and tourism strategy together with comm & PR Manager.
Campaigns/Promotions
* Execute all mall campaigns and promotions
* Setting campaign KPIs, ensuring results meet objectives, and justifying the budget allocation
PR
Annual Calendar
* Manage relationships with a PR agency and ensure press office and activations are implemented keeping in mind predefined objectives.
CSR
* Implementation of a CSR strategy for the mall together with a PR agency.
Social Media
* Support the Digital team with content and activations on all social media platforms.
Finance
Invoicing
* Follow up on marketing financial statements together with finance to ensure outstanding elements are addressed.
Budgets
* Work with Comm Manager on annual budgets related to brand, communications, and PR while simultaneously managing monthly spending.
* Preparing Business Case proposals together with Senior Marketing Manager.
Policies & Procedures
* Ensuring all documentation is carried out across the team in line with processes set by Procurement, Finance, and Audit.
Research
* Conduct research to identify customer insights, media best practices, spend analysis, and market trends together with partners and relevant media and PR agencies.

to the department, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
