Job Description

Job Title* : Marketing and PR Manager
Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer
Team Size:* ‎4 employees and agencies
**Key Responsibilities



  • Formulate the marketing and communication strategy of the Company aligned with the corporate strategy.

  • Prepare marketing plan to create awareness and visibility for the Company among corporates and clients at a local and regional level.

  • Develop the Company's brand and ensure concentrated efforts are made towards improving the overall brand visibility and positioning in all the local and regional markets.

  • Ensure relationships are established with media houses, creative agencies, digital agencies and PR agencies to insure the best executions for the initiatives and campaigns.

  • Design, plan and implement of all the Company's marketing & communications initiatives, and public relations activities, both locally and regionally.

  • Formulate the budget for marketing and communication and ensure that adequate funding provision is made for all activities and monitors spend against budget.

  • Develop and review marketing policies and procedures based on business needs.

  • Oversee the implementation of the policies and procedures and ensure the department resources trained on the procedures.

  • Develop comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program which aim to enhance the Company's image among the general public in the local and regional market.

  • Plan and implement direct marketing approaches including targeting, personalization of messages and measurability; data analysis, customer profiling and segmentation.

  • Ensure that the brand building events and various media advertisings are delivered with marketing expertise, creativity, quality standards and optimal cost.

  • Facilitate the marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, and so forth.

  • Articulate the Company's desired image and position in the market through proper communication of the image; ensure consistent communication of image and position.

  • Oversee design and development of in-house promotional materials, publications and marketing collaterals.

  • Oversee conduct of regular Customer Experience Surveys to gather customer insights into services delivered the Company.

  • Monitor all advertising and media activities across segments; manage media booking, creative briefs,

  • Analyze, monitor and report competitor activities or developments in the local and regional (important to the Company) markets on a periodic basis and prepare report for the management.

  • Create policies on company communication tools and manage the communication tools such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, website, etc.

  • Identify marketing barriers and assist the Company in resolving issues related to presentation of its image in the desired local and regional markets.

  • Monitor the content of the e-marketing & social media and ensure proper content is published in accordance with the plan.

  • Oversee the content development of the corporate website and ensure that it is periodically updated with latest information.

  • Supervise the marketing activities towards social media marketing, including targeted followers' engagement, content creation, hash tag management & reporting

  • Analyze the insights on social media conversations to effectively manage company communication appearing in the public domain

  • Analyse the returns from Company's marketing spend - based on realistic data analysis. Takes appropriate corrective actions to change marketing and communications strategy to maximize gains from marketing spend.

  • Act as the Company's representative with the media and marketing events, external meetings and conferences

  • Manage all media relationships on behalf of the Company to ensure that the various events i.e. openings, brand building, editorial coverage are carried out professionally and timely.

  • Oversee the communication methods and content including press releases, executive communications, speeches, byline articles and keynote and business presentations.

  • Collaborate with the management of the Company to support the expansion plans and the development of new services and clients through industry / market research and analysis.

  • Coordinate with government agencies for any promotions in the Shopping Center & Business Tower to spread awareness of social needs and services; work with government agencies, NGO's, and clients on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in the Shopping Center & Business Tower.

  • Handle media inquiries and interview requests for effective brand image building of the Company.


Candidate Profile:
* Bachelors in Marketing or related field.
* Kuwaiti national
* ‎10-‎15 years of Experince
* Real Estate Industry experience would be an added advantage.
