* Salary benchmarking
* Managing staff training and development
* Performance review management
* Staff support
* Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
* Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
* Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
* Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
* Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
* Creating clear and concise reports.
* Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
* Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
* Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
* Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
* Leading a team of junior human resource administrators.
HR Manager Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
* experience of ‎3 - ‎7 years in human resources including experience in manufacturing or a related industry field mandatory
* Familiarity with the manufacturing industry, its specific challenges, and regulations is important.
* Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
* Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
* Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively managing employee relations, negotiations, and communication with management.
* Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
