As a Technical Support Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring Baker
Hughes can deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job
execution, and post-job analysis.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
* Raising an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issues arises on a job.
* Supporting Critical Operations in the field when needed.
* Following up on field failures that requires Technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the field.
* Communicating to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies
* Handling special projects as required.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor 's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
* Have ‎6+ years of hands on pressure pumping coiled tubing experiences and engineering knowledge.
* Have full knowledge of pressure pumping coiled tubing process and service delivery requirements.
* Having full knowledge of production enhancement is an advantage.
* Able to work on-call 24x7 and flexibility to work at sites for extended periods of time.
* Be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills.
