To be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform
services on customers' site/property. These activities include pre-
commissioning, maintenance and inspection of client pipelines and piping
assets. Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring
frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.

As a Technical Support Manager, you are responsible for Post Sales support of
customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical
support or a field service or other service request.
As a Technical Support Manager - Thru Tubing Intervention, you will be
responsible for:
* Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support - Resolves post sales Technical Issues.
* Working together with high level people from the other business.
* Handling standardized project processes.
* Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
* Handling important business clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side .
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have Bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma / GED with demonstrated experience in technical support)
* Have 5+ years of relevant industry experience
* Have experience in thru tubing inflates (preferred)
* Have experience in technical Support and customer management
* Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
* Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
* Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
