Hiring a Junior Accountant for Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing sales quotations, invoices, receipts and updating the same in the accounting system.
* Coordinate relevant financial transactions and other financial activities including the processing of purchase orders and the payment of invoices.
* Review and process reimbursements.
* Ability to liaise, co-ordinate and communicate effectively with all company departments as well as internal and external parties.
* Prepare the weekly update for all receivables.
* Manage accounts receivable and payable.
* Reconcile all bank payments and submit the reconciliation for approval.
* Prepare payments for processing and posting the same in the system.
Key Requirements:
* BSc degree in Finance / Accounting.
* Two to three years experience in the Accounting field.
* Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures.
* Ability to handle business correspondences.
* Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
* Ability to read, analyze & interpret information.
