Key Responsibilities:
* Post entries in GL accounts; record and document company financial transactions.
* Utilize database management systems to maintain up-to-date record keeping of financial documents.
* Update vendor information on the system.
* Record and reconcile petty cash as part of month end financial closing
* Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
* Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
* Track and monitor accounts receivable & payable.
* Assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly accounting reports.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.
* Two to four years of work experience in the accounting field.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel which is an essential requirement.
* Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
