Responsibilities :
* Posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms.
* Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
* Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
* Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
* Conducting background checks and reference checks on potential hires.
* Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates and keeping them informed about the status of their applications.
* Collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions and ensure job postings accurately reflect the required qualifications.
* Maintaining recruitment records and preparing reports on recruitment metrics.
* Assisting with onboarding activities for new hires.
Requirements:
* Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is usually preferable.
* Experience: at least 2 year of experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection recruitment, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
* Proficient computer skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
