You will be responsible to process all sales orders pertaining to Marine
segment with a high level of accuracy and in timely fashion in accordance with
Hempel guidelines/procedures and ensures customer's satisfaction.

* First point of contact for the customers, providing service and customer experiences by responding to them via multiple channels (for example mail, phone, Sales rep)
* Processing and managing all types of purchase orders and related enquiries
* Using all given company tools to provide excellent quality of service to the customer
* Competent and timely response on order-related customer claims
* Strong compliance focus in all financial transactions
* After Care - best practice in documentation
You will report to the Customer Care Team Lead.
The role will be based in Sharjah (UAE)
You should also have the following qualifications:
* Experience in a busy Customer Service environment
* Experience in standard operating procedures
* Ability to understand and have basic product knowledge
* Experience in using ERP-systems/CRM software
* Proficiency with standard MS Office programs
* E-mail and call etiquettes
* Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal)
* Excellent organization skills, able to set priorities and responsive to customer requests.
* Able to prioritize and meet deadline while handling interruptions and working under pressure.
* Self-motivated, pro-active and a team player.
