Job Scope:
Managing KSA Factory Logistics operations. Monitoring all Warehousing,
transportations, BUL factory internal logistics, distribution cost governance,
and leading logistics excellence agenda.
You will be also responsible for building, developing, and reviewing the
department KPIs and evaluate their outcomes.
Also you will be responsible for developing the team capabilities and skills
and discuss their future fit plans.
In addition, accountable to deliver logistics safety, quality, cost savings,
business waste reduction, customer service, continuous improvement projects
and sustainability improvements.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Drive logistics operational costs measured as %TO reduction regardless of volume, through efficiency, network optimizations, innovative ways of working across the transport and warehousing space.
* Drive service to customers (warehousing and Primary transport)
* Drive sustainability within logistics.
* Manage relationships with 3PLs in the country.
* Identify opportunities to improve key performance metrics, develop proposals to develop these opportunities, and implement where feasible.
* Distribution cost governance.
* Leading Internal logistics excellence agenda ( WCM ).
* Team Leadership & Mentoring - to develop, coach, mentor, and leverage skills,
* Strategy & Improvements - to lead and drive Global Logistics initiatives to ensure effective deployment in local markets.
Stakeholder Management And Key Interfaces

Responsible for (inbound) logistics between suppliers, ports, warehouses and
factories
* Engagement with material planners to define service requirements
* Engagement with factories to define service requirements
* Reports to MU Logistics Lead and global control tower lead Monitoring of cost and performance KPIs,
Internal
* Sourcing units, Planning functions, Sales team, O2C team, other ekaterra's Logistics units outside your geography
External
* 3PL suppliers, material suppliers, freight forwarders, Sourcing Units, customs brokers

Role requirements:
* Supply Chain and/or Logistics experience in FMCG or other relevant industry (Retailer or 3PL environment)
* Fluent in English
* Strong project management skills
