About this role
* Responsible for coordinating with Jebel Ali Operations Support Base and the Procurement Department for timely availability of all critical Offshore Material requirements through proper logistics planning and organization;
* Responsible for manning the Radio Room establishing effective communications with all relevant parties, monitoring and coordinating helicopter and marine movements and establishing and maintaining clear communications during emergencies;
* Good Planning and Organization skills;
* Computer Literate - thorough working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite and Material Data System.
What you need to bring
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of radio operations and/or in a Warehouse Operations and Logistics;
* High School Education, University Degree desirable;
* Experience in remote are or offshore environment preferable;
* Radio Operator's Certificate of competence for VHF radios;
* Knowledge of radio operations to communicate with Vessel Captains/crew preferable.
