01
MACHINE TENDER
* Accountable for machine performance, runnability & required overall equipment efficiency.
* Responsible to write the required report and logbook and checklist report for the assigned area.
* Prepare reservation for the required raw materials required for the shift.
* Activate SAP manufacturing module by inserting production data whenever required.
* Ensures quality control requirements are understood and met by reviewing all special instructions and requirements.
* Monitor the chemical flow & pulp furnish mix to maintain the machine runnability, stability & target consumption .
* Resolves production problems by taking necessary trouble shooting action until the problem is resolved.
* Responsible for good housekeeping in the work place, follow & involve in the lean manufacturing, 5S activities in assigned area.
* Follow the production schedule and production orders with sales order & communicate with rewinder, wrapping operators.
* Perform initial trouble shooting for the machine whenever needed.
* Execute activities related to his function in safe and environmental friendly methods.

BACK TENDER
* Recording the actual chemical consumption at end of every shift.
* Assist in roll turn up and continuous runnability
* Calibrate the chemical pump to maintain the machine stability / stable flow of chemical as instructed by machine tender.
* Write the required report and centreline parameters and checklist report for the assigned area.
* Monitoring sheet for defects, such as dirt, slime spots, holes, wrinkles, sheet profile and marks defective portions for Jumbo roll
* Assist Machine Tender for machine performance, runnability & required overall equipment efficiency.
* Assist Machine Tender in trouble shooting the machines whenever needed.
* Operate crane & make necessary arrangement of spool & jumbo roll.
* Responsible for good housekeeping in the work place (Hood, Wire, felt ,chemical skid, etc. ), follow & involve in the lean manufacturing, 5S activities in assigned area.
* Clear marking on defective part, joint, edge break in jumbo roll, writing the batch number and characteristics over each jumbo roll.
* Execute activities related to his function in safe and environmental friendly methods.

Operator / DCS
* Maintains smooth and continuous operation of the de-inking plant using the ABB distributed control system.
* Conduct field check of all equipment and report to shift supervisor any abnormalities.
* Coordinates stock delivery and quality to the paper machines with the paper machine's pulper operator.
* Prepares equipment defect repair notification through usage of SAP system in order to protect and save company's assets.
* Carries out all other tasks as assigned by the shift supervisor.
* Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental friendly methods.

Operator / Stock Preparation
* Prepare reservation for the required raw materials required for the shift.
* Maintain the furnish mix & stable flow of pulp in both long & short fibre to machine co ordinatinating with machine tender.
* Recording the pulp ,chemical consumption and pulp inventory .
* Write the required report and logbook and checklist report for the assigned area.
* Monitor the chemical flow & pulp furnish mix to maintain the machine runnability, stability & target consumption/ as per Machine tender /supervisor
* Accountable for machine performance, runnability & required overall equipment efficiency.
* Responsible for good housekeeping in the work place , follow & involve in the lean manufacturing, 5S activities in assigned area.
* Perform initial trouble shooting for the machine whenever needed.

* High School degree with 5 - 7 years of experience in the same field.
* Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Diploma with 1-3 Years of experience in the same field.
* English Languages skills
* Knowledge in DCS operation

Senior Production Supervisor
* Supervise the production line starting from pulper area till wrapping machine
* Instructs, assists and gives technical advice to his Subordinates when difficulties arise and reports major difficulties to the Production Manager
* Coordinates work with the machine tenders to ensure smooth flow of work.
* Confers with quality control personnel and shift engineer on quality problems
* Coordinates the flow of pulp with the machine tender to ensure flow smoothness
* Assure that Machine is working properly and reduce the break down
* Prepare any analytical data in regard of Machine efficiency, Waste, breakdown, and other related data.
* Assure that the area and machine are clean and neat.
* Perform initial trouble shooting for the machine whenever needed.
* Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental friendly methods.

Electrical Technician
* Checks, inspects all the electrical parts/equipment in the whole plant. Reports all abnormalities observed, notification generation against abnormalities.
* Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
* Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
* Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
* Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
* Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
* Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools
* Reporting of any abnormality noticed in the equipment while executing the preventive maintenance work order.
* Notification generation against the abnormality observed in the equipment's.
* Provide assistance during emergencies by operating floodlights and generators, placing flares, and driving needed vehicles.
* Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental friendly methods.

Instrument Technician
* Install, repair, and calibrate, Perform various duties associated with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrading and calibration of pneumatic and electronics instrumentation.
* Problem solving, troubleshooting, and repair skills for a wide variety of electrical equipment, instruments, and controls.
* Traces out and tests electronic solid state and vacuum tube circuitry and components to locate defective parts in analogy and digital, protection, or radiation monitoring systems, using test equipment, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
* Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, disassembles, and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts, using hand tools.
* Reassembles instruments and replaces instruments.
* Lubricates instruments and replaces defective wiring and tubing.
* Calibrates readings on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function.
* Execute work orders & coordinating the daily activities like power read.
* Set up equipment, provides line support and perform corrective maintenance.
* Ensuring adherence to all applicable safety policies and procedures.
* Study all instrumentation drawings for the existing equipment to improve technical skills
* Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental friendly methods.

Mechanical Technician
* Checks, inspects all the mechanical parts/equipment in the whole plant. Reports all abnormalities observed, notification generation against abnormalities.
* Check the oil levels, bearing temperature, couplings, and vibrations and cleaning all the mechanical parts/equipment.
* Implementation of routine Plant Maintenance checks including vibration & temperature inspections on designated rotating equipment and ensuring logging or recording of all readings; includes preliminary assessment and reportage on as found conditions.
* Equipment Problems Troubleshooting and Basic Root Cause Analysis and Development of Solutions.
* Removes defective parts by dismantling equipment.
* Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, callipers, micrometres, and other measuring instruments.
* Ensuring mechanical spare parts availability for scheduled and projected jobs inclusive of spare inventory (physical) checking and stock inspections.
* Ensures equipment, materials and tools are on-hand for work execution. Reports resources and time utilized, job scope expansion, rework or deferred maintenance as required; also keeping all tasks & activities logged and up-dated.

Operator/ Core Cutter
* Installs and aligns cut-off saw, cut desired size of core using rule and wrench.
* Write the required report and logbook and checklist report for the assigned area.
* Inspect and communicate with supervisor in case of any defective /damaged cores.
* Coordinate with supervisor & rewinder operator to cut needed quantity& size of the core.
* Accountable for machine performance, runnability & required overall equipment efficiency.
* Delivery the core to the needed rewinder location.
* Responsible for good housekeeping in the work place , follow & involve in the lean manufacturing ,5S activities in assigned area
* Perform initial trouble shooting for the machine whenever needed.

Bale Clamp Driver
* Carefully load the pulper conveyor with the required quantity of different waste paper grades as specified on the recipe given by the DIP shift supervisor.
* Ensures at all times that the proper recipe is always present into the conveyor to avoid pulper program delays on the DCS.
* Leads the labours who are working on the conveyor area on removing the wires on each baled waste being prepared and break the bales into segments in order to expose most of the hidden contaminants to facilitate sorting.
* Stacks baled waste properly at all times (organizing the work place to ensure safe working condition around his area).
* Drives tractor to haul the wet lap pulp being produced and carefully dump it on the pulp yard.
* Drives bobcat (skid loader) to prepare loose waste into the pulper conveyor
* Carry out other task as instructed by the DIP shift supervisor

Chemical Preparation/ Sampler
* Prepares polymer and bleaching chemical solutions as required.
* Replaces empty chemical tote bins if necessary
* Prepares logbook for all chemical consumptions
* Drives bobcat (skid loader) to dump the pulper rejects into the designated area.
* Drives bobcat (skid loader) to assist the bale clamp driver on preparing loose waste into the pulper conveyor
* Carry out other task as instructed by the DIP supervisor
* Takes the required pulp samples and prepares hand sheets within the scheduled sampling time.
* Acquires printed result of de-inked pulp brightness testing in the dry-end laboratory and write the samples result in the daily monitoring log sheets.
* Cleans all equipment and areas of the de-inking plant
