Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning and overall management of TafaseelBPO
International's operations in Saudi Arabia.
Drive business growth, market penetration, and revenue expansion in the
region.
Develop and execute innovative strategies to position the company as a market
leader.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high-performance within the
organization.
Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders and foster long-term
relationships.
Monitor industry trends and competition to identify potential opportunities
and challenges.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Oversee financial performance and implement effective cost management
strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in executive leadership roles, ideally within
the BPO industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to drive results through a proactive and
hands-on approach.
Strong business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Experience in expanding businesses into new markets is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and inspire them towards achieving
common goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
(advanced degree preferred).
