A Day in the Life
* Building and maintaining customer relationship: Be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationship to under their needs and provide them appropriate solution
* Educating Medtronic products: Be responsible for educating customers on Medtronic product and services to help them make informed decisions
* Providing Excellent customer service: Providing excellent customer service to customers, including timely follow-up on customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
* Achieving Annual Operating Plan: Achieving the sales targets set by the company within your assigned territory
* Developing and implementing sales strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue within your assigned territory
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, marketing, finance, and customer care to support business growth and customer satisfaction
* Maintaining Accurate records: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant data on Sales Force
Must Haves
* Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
* Minimum of ‎2 years of relevant experience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Problem-solving skills
* Bachelor's degree
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines
* Ability to work under pressure
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
* Willingness to travel ‎60% of the time

* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with new developments and trends in the field
