The Position
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative, you will have the following duties and
responsibilities:
* Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone
* Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit
* Identify and escalate priority issues
* Enter and update customer information in the database/CRM
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Listen to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales
* Stay up to date on all products and inform customers of new products
* Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
