Job Description Summary


Early Career Trainee Digital Solutions and Recall will be responsible for
driving Digital Solutions execution and Recall process to ensure customer
satisfaction, problem resolution and operation excellence across Saudi.


Job Description


Key responsibilities/essential functions include:



  • Working with digital leader on basic troubleshooting, installation and service repair needed on designated digital systems.

  • Working with FMI leader to close all FMI on time.

  • Working with FMI leader on POD and customer Response Forms distributions and collection.

  • Attend customer visits to promote and show the benefits of GEHC Digital and Remote services portfolio and solutions.

  • Working together with connectivity teams to Improve Effective connectivity, processes, and infrastructure.

  • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining connectivity tasks logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

  • Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer digital service issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.

  • Communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.

  • A strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion and aptitude for both software and information technology.

  • Possess Say-Do Ratio and effective time management skills.

  • Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor 's Degree

  • Up to ‎2 years of experience

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Strong IT and digital skills and capabilities.

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment

  • Ability to work independently with minimum direction

  • Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills

  • Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills

  • Proficiency in Arabic/English
