Senior Finance Manager

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Finance Manager to
join our team!
POSITION OVERVIEW :
Responsibility for Parsons's Senior Finance Management for SAPL Qiddiya
Infrastructure Partner (QIDP). Responsible and accountable for ensuring that
all work is in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and
with other delivery partners. QIC is providing strategic direction for all
partners in the three-way partnership with other partners on a city-wide
basis. Reports directly to the Program Management Director.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Provide leadership, support, direction, and management to the Finance and Accounting team.
* Present strategic recommendations to the Program Directors.
* Manage financial forecasting and budgeting operations and oversee the preparation of all financial reports.
* Prepare executive programs for approved plans.
* Provide advice on business and long-term financial planning.
* Establish and developing relationships with management, Client, and stakeholders.
* Review all official procedures related to financing.
* Assist in making high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
* Oversee the financial activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
* Confirm legal and regulatory documents and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
* Identify and address the financial risks and opportunities.
* Supervise the financial reporting and budgeting team.
* Review financial reports to identify ways to reduce costs.
* Analyze market trends to discover business opportunities and maximize profits.
* Possess strong project management skills as the delivery role requires client management, project budgeting and finance management, coaching and resource management on a portfolio of clients. A key part of delivery will be the creation, review and delivery of complex client deliverables which will include executive level reporting through to detailed documentation.
* Prepare and present the needed reports.
* Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
* Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* Degree (Master's Degree is Preferred) in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline with minimum ‎15 years' experience in construction projects, specifically management experience across multi-disciplinary teams.
* Advantageous to have extensive experience of significant PM/CM contracts.
* CPA Certified is a plus.
* Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.

* Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
